Why I do this

Hi, I'm Susanne Meyer

I’m a certified resilience coach, Heroic Coach, Yogabody Breathing Coach and soon to be meditation teacher.

Also, I’m a working parent of three teenagers. And I’ve been through burnout.

What helped me wasn’t a major life overhaul.

It was small, practical shifts and tools that gave me back a sense of clarity, control and calm.

That’s what I now offer to others:
